Video of the Week: IRA Regatta Prep with GW Men's Rowing
Yale Training in California | ACRA National Champions Crowned | USRowing Trials II Winners
This week’s featured video comes to us from the Occoquan Reservoir, where George Washington Men’s Rowing is preparing for the IRA National Championships (set to take place this week in Sacramento, California). GW is coming off a historic performance at Eastern Sprints, where the Colonials placed all four of their eights into second-level (petite) finals—their varsity eight finished 11th overall.
The above clip is one of several videos the Colonials have uploaded so far this season, with two short documentary-style films on spring racing (one for March, and one for April) published to date.
You can get all the details on the upcoming IRA Regatta, including schedule and video streaming information, via the official regatta website.
